This directory contains downloadable files and other information
about installing NPIB and accessing the form.jar Java-based GUI. 
 
 - npib.html:             NPIB Web home page
    - builder1.0:           NPIB1.0 example when selected (Falck)
    - builder1.3:           NPIB1.3 example when selected (Seay)

 - npib.tar:              contains all files for installing NPIB

 - npib:                  directory containing npib.tar files

 - STARTUP_public_html:   directory containing user template
                          for creating NPIB & JWave environment
