This is a "working" ARCHIVE that demonstrates how existing
"legacy" code is modified to run interactively on the CRCD
web-site as an NPIB applications.

 FIRST modification: modify the Fortran legacy code to run 
 on the CRCD web server as a Fortran program.

  /www/jwave/crcd/kriz/modules/module??/ARCHIVE/MOD_F77

 SECOND modification: further modify Fortran code for 
 compatibility with PV-Wave and create PV-Wave procedure
 files that generate .................. 

  /www/jwave/crcd/kriz/modules/module??/ARCHIVE/MOD_PVWAVE  

 FINAL modification: Copy files from the MOD_PVWAVE directory
 to the ../Receiver/commands/app_.d directory
